Projects and payments
Scope, timelines, fees, revisions, cancellations, and payment schedules will be confirmed in writing. Work may pause when approvals, materials, or payments are delayed.
Content and ownership
Clients must have permission to use materials they provide. Final deliverable ownership transfers only as stated in the project agreement and after full payment; our existing tools and methods remain ours.
Third-party services
Hosting, advertising platforms, social networks, payment providers, and other third-party services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or account decisions.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
